Our silver jewellery is made from Sterling Silver, which is pure silver.
Our gold jewellery is made from 14K-plated gold.
How do I put my bracelet on?

1. Measure the size of the bracelet on your wrist.
2. Cut the bracelet to the desired length using the cutters.
3. Put the bracelet on and close the clasp using the pliers.
4. Enjoy your permanent bracelet for forever!
What happens if i need to take it off?
Don't worry! In case you need to take it off or cut it off for an emergency, we have a whole new bracelet ready to get shipped out to you, free of charge! Just contact us and we will make it all right for you.

Return Policy
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect. Raise a request within 14 days and we may offer a replacement.
Non-refundable items:
Items that show signs of wear, intentional damage, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund processing:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
